In Sabarkantha 90 lakh litres of water is being drawn from 50 villages by Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation. Women from these villages have come here, an andolan is going on. People say that our water should be given to us and not go to the factories. A new organisation has been formed and women are active in it. Financial inputs for development are going into certain areas of Central Gujarat like Ahmedabad, Baroda, Kheda and people are being forced to come to these areas.
